A bhajangroup-leader is able to teach people the style of Shiva Sai Mandir Music. That is a challenge and an amazing blessing, because a teacher can only teach, what she/ he learned for her/ himself.

Here are some things, that we expect from somebody who is able to lead others in singing bhajans.
The leader should be able to

• sing a bhajan in a way that touches peoples heart
• explain the energy curve of a bhajan as a fundamental teaching of Swami Kaleshwar
• teach, what the significant differences of Shiva Sai Mandir Music to other schools of bhajan singing are
• explain what the meaning of some major bhajans are
• teach a bhajan correctly to a little group of people
